Privacy Policy

Effective Date: October 5, 2026

PRETTYBOOTH is operated by The All Year Club LLC (“PRETTYBOOTH,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit the PRETTYBOOTH website, communicate with us, book or inquire about our services, attend or use a PRETTYBOOTH photo booth experience, request delivery of photos, or otherwise interact with us.

By using our website or services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on how you interact with PRETTYBOOTH.

Information You Provide Directly

We may collect information you voluntarily provide to us, including:

  • your name;

  • email address;

  • telephone number;

  • company or organization name;

  • event information;

  • event date and location;

  • billing or transaction information;

  • information submitted through contact, inquiry, booking, or other website forms;

  • communications you send to us;

  • preferences or requests related to an event or booking; and

  • other information you choose to provide.

Photo Booth Photos and Media

When you use a PRETTYBOOTH photo booth, the booth may capture photographs, videos, GIFs, or other media that you intentionally create through the experience.

We may process and temporarily store this content as necessary to:

  • create your requested photographs or media;

  • generate prints;

  • create digital galleries;

  • prepare images for delivery;

  • provide QR-code access;

  • send requested photos electronically; and

  • operate and troubleshoot the photo booth service.

Unless separately disclosed to you and permitted by applicable law, PRETTYBOOTH does not use guest photographs to create facial-recognition profiles or biometric identification templates.

Mobile Telephone Numbers for Photo Delivery

At participating PRETTYBOOTH experiences, guests may voluntarily provide a mobile telephone number in order to receive their requested photo booth photos or a link to their photo gallery by SMS or MMS.

Providing a mobile telephone number for photo delivery is optional.

When you enter your mobile number into the photo booth and tap “Send,” we collect that number solely for purposes associated with fulfilling your request for photo delivery and administering that transactional messaging interaction.

Providing your number for this purpose does not enroll you in a recurring marketing or promotional text messaging program.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our website, certain information may be collected automatically through cookies, server logs, pixels, or similar technologies. This information may include:

  • IP address;

  • browser type;

  • device type;

  • operating system;

  • pages viewed;

  • referring or exit pages;

  • date and time of access;

  • approximate geographic area derived from IP address;

  • website interaction information; and

  • diagnostic or performance information.

We may use this information to operate, secure, troubleshoot, understand, and improve our website.

2. How We Use Personal Information

We may use personal information for purposes including:

  • providing PRETTYBOOTH services;

  • responding to inquiries;

  • preparing quotes and proposals;

  • processing and managing bookings;

  • communicating about an event or service;

  • processing transactions;

  • operating our photo booths;

  • creating prints and digital photographs;

  • creating and maintaining event galleries;

  • delivering requested photographs;

  • sending transactional SMS or MMS messages requested by guests;

  • providing customer support;

  • maintaining and improving our website and services;

  • detecting and preventing misuse, fraud, or security incidents;

  • maintaining business and accounting records;

  • complying with legal obligations;

  • enforcing our agreements and policies; and

  • protecting our rights, property, users, guests, and others.

We do not use a guest's consent to receive requested photo-delivery messages as consent to send unrelated marketing messages.

3. SMS and MMS Privacy

PRETTYBOOTH offers an optional transactional text messaging feature that allows guests to request delivery of their photo booth photos.

When you voluntarily provide your mobile number through the PRETTYBOOTH photo booth and tap “Send,” you consent to receive an SMS or MMS message containing your requested photos, a photo preview, or a link through which you can access your photos.

Purpose of Text Messages

The text messaging program is used for transactional photo delivery.

PRETTYBOOTH does not use the mobile number or messaging consent obtained through this photo-delivery feature to enroll you in recurring advertising, promotional, or marketing messages.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on the number of times you request photo delivery.

Carrier Charges

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.

Opting Out

You may reply STOP to a PRETTYBOOTH text message to opt out of further messages from that sending number.

You may reply HELP for assistance or contact us using the information listed at the end of this Privacy Policy.

Mobile Information and Consent Are Not Sold or Shared

PRETTYBOOTH does not sell, rent, exchange, or transfer mobile telephone numbers or text messaging consent for marketing, promotional, lead-generation, or advertising purposes.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.

Your decision to request photo delivery by text is a direct consent interaction between you and PRETTYBOOTH and is limited to the purpose disclosed when you provide your number.

4. How We Disclose Personal Information

We do not sell personal information.

We may disclose personal information where reasonably necessary to operate our business or provide requested services, as described below.

Service Providers

We may use companies that perform services on our behalf, such as providers of:

  • website hosting;

  • cloud hosting or storage;

  • photo gallery hosting;

  • photo booth software;

  • payment processing;

  • email delivery;

  • telecommunications and messaging infrastructure;

  • analytics;

  • information technology;

  • printing or fulfillment; and

  • professional services.

These providers may process information only as reasonably necessary to perform services for PRETTYBOOTH and subject to applicable contractual or legal obligations.

For avoidance of doubt, the preceding service-provider disclosure does not permit the sale, rental, transfer, or sharing of text messaging originator opt-in data or consent. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.

Event Clients

When PRETTYBOOTH is hired by an organization or individual to provide services at an event, certain event-related information may be provided to or made available to the event client where appropriate for the services being provided.

We do not provide guests' SMS opt-in consent to event clients for their own marketing purposes.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if we reasonably believe disclosure is required to:

  • comply with applicable law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or other lawful process;

  • respond to a valid governmental request;

  • protect the rights, safety, or property of PRETTYBOOTH, our guests, customers, or others;

  • investigate fraud, misuse, or security concerns; or

  • establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Business Transactions

If The All Year Club LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction where permitted by applicable law.

Any such provision does not authorize the sale, transfer, or use of SMS opt-in consent for a different business's marketing program.

5. We Do Not Sell Personal Information

PRETTYBOOTH does not sell personal information for monetary consideration.

We also do not sell, rent, purchase, transfer, or exchange lists of telephone numbers or SMS/MMS opt-in consent for marketing or lead-generation purposes.

We do not purchase third-party lists of consumers for purposes of sending PRETTYBOOTH text messages.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies that help us:

  • operate the website;

  • remember website settings;

  • understand website usage;

  • measure performance;

  • detect errors;

  • maintain security; and

  • improve the user experience.

Some technologies may be provided by third-party website, analytics, or infrastructure providers.

You may be able to control certain cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect the operation of some website functionality.

7. Payment Information

If you make a payment to PRETTYBOOTH, payment information may be collected and processed by our payment-processing provider.

PRETTYBOOTH generally does not need to directly store complete payment card numbers or card security codes when a third-party payment processor handles the transaction.

The payment processor's collection and use of payment information may also be governed by its own privacy policy.

8. Photo Galleries and Digital Media

PRETTYBOOTH may use online galleries or unique links to provide access to event photographs.

Depending on the particular event, a gallery may be accessible through:

  • a unique URL;

  • a QR code;

  • a link sent by SMS or MMS;

  • a link sent by email;

  • a password or access code; or

  • another delivery mechanism.

You should use care when sharing gallery links or access credentials. Anyone with access to an unrestricted gallery link may be able to view content accessible through that link.

Gallery availability and retention periods may vary. Guests should download and save any photographs they wish to retain.

9. Event Photography and Marketing Use

The fact that you use a PRETTYBOOTH photo booth does not, by itself, mean that PRETTYBOOTH will use your image for advertising or marketing.

If we wish to use an identifiable guest's photograph for promotional purposes beyond what is otherwise permitted by law or an applicable event agreement, we may seek appropriate permission or rely on another lawful basis as applicable.

This section does not limit an event client's separate photography notices or policies, which may apply independently at events organized by that client.

10. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including to:

  • provide requested services;

  • maintain business and transaction records;

  • fulfill contractual obligations;

  • resolve disputes;

  • maintain security;

  • enforce agreements; and

  • comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information.

Photo booth images, galleries, and delivery records may be retained for different periods depending on the event, service configuration, technical platform, and operational requirements.

When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we may delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it in accordance with our practices and applicable law.

11. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, misuse, or destruction.

However, no internet transmission, wireless transmission, telecommunications network, website, storage system, or electronic service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Accordingly, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Your Choices and Privacy Requests

Depending on where you live and the laws applicable to you, you may have rights concerning your personal information.

These rights may include the ability to request that we:

  • provide information about personal information we maintain about you;

  • provide access to certain personal information;

  • correct inaccurate information;

  • delete certain personal information; or

  • honor other privacy rights provided by applicable law.

To submit a privacy request, contact us using the information at the end of this Privacy Policy.

We may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights provided by applicable law.

13. California Residents

PRETTYBOOTH is operated from California and may collect information from California residents.

California residents may have privacy rights under applicable California law depending on the circumstances and the applicability of particular statutes to PRETTYBOOTH.

You may contact us to request information about our privacy practices or to exercise any right available to you under applicable law.

PRETTYBOOTH does not sell mobile telephone numbers or SMS/MMS consent, and we do not share SMS opt-in information with third parties for their independent marketing or promotional purposes.

14. Children's Privacy

Our services may be used at family events where children are present.

Our website and direct online services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly seek to collect personal information online directly from children under 13 without appropriate parental involvement.

Children under 13 should not independently submit a phone number, email address, or other personal information through PRETTYBOOTH services without the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to us in circumstances that require parental consent, please contact us.

15. Third-Party Websites and Services
